519 photography is pleased to be a participating photographer with the organization, Operation: Love Reuinited
I thought today would be an appropriate time to announce my participation with the organization called Operation: Love ReUnited. To find out more about Op:Love or find a photographer near you visit http://www.oplove.org/ . The purpose of this organization is to connect photographers with servicemen and women and their families. Specifically servicemen/women who are about to be deployed or are returning home from being oversees. The photographer’s who join this organization agree to give the families that contact them a free session and a 4×6 album that the serviceman/women can keep with them while they are deployed.
For the families it is a way to capture beautiful moments with their loved ones before a time of separation. For the participating photographers it’s a way to say thank you to the brave men and women who protect our country, and who sacrifice so much.
I saw this on another participating photographers blog and thought it was a great idea. Anytime you see an Operation Love Reunited family’s images posted…please be sure and leave a comment of encouragement and gratitude! If they get 30 or more individual comments that wonderful family will receive a complimentary 11×14 wall portrait! Support our troops!!
